Launiupoko Associates, LLC established Mahanalua Nui Subdivision, Phase I, II, III and IV over a 5 year period, completing this agricultural subdivision in 2006. The 153 agricultural lots in the project range in size from 2 to 9 acres and are served by a dual water system providing both potable (drinking water) and non-potable (irrigation) water. Launiupoko Water Company, Inc. (LWC) and Launiupoko Irrigation Company, Inc. (LIC) are both private water companies regulated by the Public Utilities Commission (PUC) and managed by West Maui Land Company. Mahanalua Nui project area includes a network of trails for hiking, horseback riding and cycling as well as a streambed park area in the Launiupoko valley. With year-round sunshine, Mahanalua Nui is perfect for families who would like to pursue small scale farming or ranching while being near Lahaina town.

Olowalu Elua Associates, LLC has created and sold fourteen agricultural lots in Olowalu Mauka and five agricultural lots in Olowalu Makai. The balance of the lands is being retained for future development. The long term plan for Olowalu is to develop a small neighborhood of mixed size residential lots around a central town. Makila Land Co., LLC (MLC) project area encompasses 4,500 acres of land stretching from the Honoapiilani Highway to the peeks of West Maui Mountains. Of the 4,500 acres, 2,000 acres are set aside in conservation, with the balance of the land designated agriculture. Existing agricultural projects include nineteen 15-acre lots in Makila Plantation Phase I, twenty-four 5-acre lots in Makila Plantation Phase II, and nine lots ranging between 25 to 65 acres in Makila Nui (fka Mahanalua Nui Phase V). There are several proposed projects in the comprised of agricultural lots ranging from 15 to 65-acres. With its range of lot sizes and configurations, Makila offers opportunities for a variety of agricultural uses. All lots in Makila are served Launiupoko Water Company, Inc. (LWC) and Launiupoko Irrigation Company, Inc. (LIC), both of which are private water companies managed by West Maui Land Company and regulated by the Public Utilities Commission (PUC). The Makila subdivisions have extensive hiking, horseback riding and cycling trail system that are interconnected to neighboring projects, Mahanalua Nui and Pu�unoa. WML's services for these three water companies include ongoing maintenance and support, system management, testing, meter installation, trouble shooting and billings. WML is also involved in the day to day management of the Makila Hydro system.
